BACKGROUND OF SANUAR & ASSOCIATES:
In December 2010, the Consultancy firm Sanuar & Associates became a proprietorship firm with Advocate Md. Sanuar Hossen, as the Sole Proprietor. The firm became a member of the Bangladesh Bar Council and, after approval started operation as a Consultancy firm on Income Tax, VAT, Company Law, and Legal Advisor. The firm started its 1st office at House -18, Road-02, Block –B, Section-13, Mirpur, Dhaka. Over time, this firm gradually developed, and Advocate Md. Sanuar Hossen got membership in Dhaka Bar Association and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association in January 2011, Company Law Practitioners Society of Bangladesh in 2010, The Association of Accounting Technicians of Bangladesh(AAT) (Now Institute of Certified General Accountants of Bangladesh)( ICGAB), and Institute of Personnel Management (IPM). Thus accordingly, the activities of the firm increased.
Over time, SANUAR & ASSOCIATES has shifted a corporate office at Suite # 809 (7th Floor), Shah Ali Plaza, Mirpur-10, Dhaka-1216 & opened a Branch office Chowgacha, Jessore through Trade Licence no. 03042. In the min time, Shaheen Sultana, M. Com. (Accounting), CA (CC), joined SANUAR & ASSOCIATES as a Working Partner, Md. Munirul Huda, M.Sc in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, A. T. M. Ashiqur Rahman, B . COM (Hon’s) M.Com. (Accounting) C.A (C.C) and Advocate Shayesta khan joined SANUAR & ASSOCIATES as Associates. After entering some Bright, efficient, and hard worker Engineer, Surveyor, and staff, SANUAR & ASSOCIATES started the consulting work on Digital Survey, Valuation Certificate, Stock & types of machinery Valuation, Plan Design, Pilling & Engineering Building, Construction Works, Load Test, Sub-Soil Investigation, Volume Calculation, Plan Design, Building Construction Design, Pile Integrity Test, Estimating, Audit-Report, Tahoshil, Registry, AC Land Office Searching, Mutation Kharij, Land Identification, Schedule Searching, Mouza Map Collection, Parcha & Deed Collection. *Legal Opinion/ Vetting, Project Profile *Auditing and Consultancy work.
